Bringing neighbors together
Rebuilding Together Kent County, MD, provides home repair and rehabilitation and accessibility modifications at no cost to Kent County homeowners who meet three qualifications. You may be eligible to receive services if:
You own your home and live in it (or intend to live in it, if it is currently not habitable). Proof of homeownership must be provided.
AND
You are elderly (over age 60) and/or disabled (according to Social Security or your employer) and/or your household includes minor children.
AND
You meet the following income and asset criteria:
